At Got'Um Surfing, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for products and services purchased through our website, gotumsurfing.com.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

​

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Surf Lessons Services
For bookings related to surfing lessons, rentals, or guided sessions:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.

​

Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, but we may offer rescheduling (subject to availability).

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If weather or ocean conditions force us to cancel a session, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
