At Got'Um Surfing, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience both in and out of the water. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking surf lessons or purchasing merchandise.

Surf Lesson Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, cancellations for surf lessons must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson may not be eligible for a refund. However, rescheduling may be offered based on availability and at the discretion of Got'Um Surfing.

No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled lesson without prior notice will be charged the full lesson amount and are not eligible for a refund.

Weather & Ocean Conditions
Safety is our top priority. If Got'Um Surfing cancels a lesson due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule their lesson

Merchandise Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible merchandise purchased through our online shop within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Used or damaged merchandise not caused by shipping defects

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
