What to Bring: -Towel -Reef Safe Sunscreen -Drinking Water -Bathing Suit (Recommend board shorts or leggings for Girls as well) -Gratuities Appreciated! Never Expected! What we provide for your Lesson: -Surfboard -Long sleeve UV rash guards -Reef Shoes Booties
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we are happy to offer a flexible solution. Please note the following terms: No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for any Winter Surfing cancellations. Gift Card Credit: For all cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, we will issue a digital gift card equal to the full amount paid. This gift card can be used for any future purchase or booking with us and does not expire. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a gift card. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or event without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for any compensation or credit. By completing your booking, you agree to this cancellation policy. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
